The Glucometer training kit includes calibration-type glucometers (A), calibration sticks (D), and matching lot glucose test strips (C). To prevent running down the batteries in between uses, the batteries (B) are stored separately, and removed from the devices in between sessions. Lancets are supplied separately. Note, in the field many glucometers are self-calibrating, but it is important to be familiar with the calibration step.
